Tracy coordinates PhD student supervision within accounting & finance and has many years experience of teaching managerial accounting applied to hospitality, tourism and events sectors. Her own published research is in this applied area.Helen Atkinson is Principal Lecturer in the School of Service Management at the University of Brighton. Helen has over 20 years experience teaching hospitality and tourism degree students (and more recently Events students) and has been researching in this field for many years. She has several publications in the area of management accounting in Hospitality, including academic journals, chapters and text books in this subject area.
Angela Lorenz is Course Leader for the MSc Accounting & Financial Management in the School of Accounting & Law at University of Gloucestershire. Angela is a Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) qualified accountant and is conducting research into service sector management accounting.
With Peter Harris is Professor Emeritus in the Department of Hospitality, Leisure and Tourism Management at Oxford Brookes University. Peter, along with Peter Hazzard, developed this textbook initially published in 1972, which has been successful in its many revisions over the decades. Peter has supervised many research students within the subject area, with his own research focused in the area of hospitality management accounting.
