  • Where applicable the above prices include VAT. Delivery will be arranged by Goodfellow Publishers on your behalf. Alternatively you may collect your order by prior arrangement.

Taxes and Customs
Taxes: VAT is applicable on postage and electronic products (including CDs) supplied within the EU.
Customs: Shipping costs do not include any duties, taxes, or clearing charges levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and will vary from country to country. We cannot predetermine what the charges will be. The charges may be billed directly to the customer by the destination's customs authority, or may be billed to the customer through Goodfellow Publishers. We suggest that you call your local customs office if you would like more information on customs duties in your country.

Our Returns Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with a product purchased from Goodfellow Publishers Ltd., return it within 30 days of receipt for a replacement copy or a full refund. For your protection we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service. Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty. Inspection Copy Terms and Procedures

Our titles are available for inspection to qualified lecturers for consideration as a course textbook. Please note that inspection copies are not sent out before the month of publication and are sent out at our discretion. In some countries a prepayment (proforma) invoice may be required. To order an inspection copy, please complete the form in the 'Contact Us' section of our website.

Inspection copies are available in either electronic or hard copy formats. In order to provide the fastest possible service and as part of our environmentally friendly publishing policy, we supply all inspection copies as e-versions in the first instance, unless requested otherwise. Please read the terms and conditions below carefully before requesting:

  • An inspection copy of a textbook will only be sent to a lecturer at a college or university who wishes to consider recommending it to his/her students.
  • A maximum of three hard copy books will be sent out for 60 days. At the end of that period the book(s) may be either:
- purchased,
- returned to us in perfect condition. Please package the item securely and send it to us with the delivery slip to:

- retained free of charge if recommended as a course text and added to a reading list for courses with a minimum of 10 students.
  • If the book is recommended as a course text, you must complete the textbook questionnaire on the reverse of the invoice, with your course information and return it to us.
  • Please also ensure you inform your students usual bookshop of your decision otherwise the books may not be available when they are required.
